As a healthcare provider we are also regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). They are an independent regulator of healthcare and adult care services provided by all NHS, local authorities, private companies and voluntary organisations in England. Their role is to ensure the care provided meets certain defined standards and we are required to register as a provider of healthcare with the CQC who have granted us a licence to operate without any conditions attached.
Full details of what services we are licensed to provide and other reports issued by the CQC about both Stafford Hospital
